oh yeah, i was going to mention & forgot after posting all the pics: clark is saying lots of new words including "more", "kitty kitty", "football", "elmo", "ernie", "big bird", "cookie" (as in monster), "grover" (has come out a couple times). do you recognize a theme in there?! he's crazy over elmo most of all! quite cute. every day we get home from work he either says "elmo" or "football" as he points at the tv! go figure.

Clark's vocabulary keeps expanding rapidly. It's amazing to hear him use phrases now. Many are unintelligible, but today when he said, "mama up" there was no doubt about the words or his intent. And mama did, indeed, get up, thereby reinforcing his success with communication!
And there's nothing in the world wrong with Sesame Street. It could be much worse -- a talking square sponge or a purple prehistoric animal, for instance!
