Well Brent just found out that he still has the infection in his colon. For those who don't know, on the mission trip to Honduras (in July) Brent contracted a bug/bacteria/something from the water down there & has been battling it since. So this has been going on about 1 1/2 months now. Anyway, there's a antibiotic he's getting that is supposed to clear all this up. His doc called an infectious disease specialist about it. The previous antibiotics that he was on weren't strong enough or the right ones so hopefully this will do the trick. Continue to pray for him. Especially continue to pray for the people in Honduras because this is the kind of thing they battle everyday & no medicines to battle it with! Praise God, however, the orphanage now has clean drinking & bathing water (one of the main reasons our church's group went there) so the children shouldn't suffer as much anymore. The town also gets to use the water supply for drinking but still have to bathe in the creeks with sewage. We are truly blessed to live here in the States.
